Fruits

Fruits are the fleshy, seed-bearing sections of flowering plants. They come in different forms, shapes, and sizes and can either be edible or not. If edible, fruits can be food for the body. Fruits can be eaten raw or cooked, used as an ingredient in puddings, or blended into juices or smoothies.
