Vitamin E

Vitamin E is essential for strong immunity. Its presence in the body protects the body cells from harmful disease-causing microorganisms. Vitamin E also has antiaging and anti-inflammatory benefits that maintain proper eye function and protect the heart against serious conditions. Vitamin E can be found in certain foods or obtained from supplements sold in the form of oral tablets. Vitamin E deficiency is rare. However, because children are prone to digestive issues like constipation, it occurs more frequently in children. Symptoms of vitamin E deficiency include unhealthy, thin skin and frequent illnesses and infections. After treatment, strong, healthy skin and even healthier, fuller hair will develop.
